Quincy
Welped May 27, 2023
Quincy is still a young boy with plenty of growing and filling out to do. He has a loving nature and adores every soul he meets. My husband has been working with him on retrieving, and we are continually amazed by his speed and enthusiasm in the field.
Quincy first year was with us. He had lots of playful puppy energy—something our grandkids absolutely love! He happily chases them around, carries his favorite dolls, and enjoys playing with noisy balls. He also was best friends with our rescue shepard and my daughter’s Labrador pup, and it’s always entertaining to watch them play together.
At a year old, a young veterinarian showed Quincy a few times just for fun. He competed in the 12-18 month youth classes in Oklahoma City, OK, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio and Longview, Texas, Not only he gain experience being in a noisy arena but he did accumulate 3 points of Best of Breed (BOB). He was also shown in Hot Springs and Tulsa, OK. and earned 2 points toward his championship. Presently, Quincy has 5 points.
Quincy now mainly lives with Jeff & Vickie Bills presently. He’s getting alot of attention with being one of 3 dogs they have plus a beautiful kitty. Our adopted shepard went through mourning for several months not having Quincy to run with with throughout our 2 acres. Where we travel a great deal visiting our kids and having a new male to show can be alot for our nanny to babysit our dogs throughout the year. Where the Bills do not travel much have the time having one intact adult male. Quincy lives in there home, where all dogs should live; part of the family.
